Reporting a claim
It's essential that all circumstances that may give rise to a claim are reported to Insurers as soon as you become aware of them.
Additionally, do not admit any responsibility/liability or do anything that could prejudice your/your Insurers position in the event that a claim does arise, without having referred the matter to your Insurers and followed their requests. Any failure to do so may result in the potential claim being repudiated, leaving you uninsured.
If your policy was incepted or renewed prior to 1st January 2015, it will be underwritten by QBE Insurance (Europe) Limited and you should contact their Claims team as follows:
